What are your business hours?
A: Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Closed weekends and federal holidays
What if my escrow get canceled?
A: If your transaction get canceled, no worries! We don't get paid unless you do. There are no cancellation fees.
How does my TC get paid?
A: There are several ways we can get paid.
1. Commission Disbursement Agreement (CDA)
2. Invoice paid through escrow
3. Invoice paid after closing (outside of escrow*)
* We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, or Zelle, if payment is made outside of escrow. Payments accepted on our website!
Do you Correspond with my clients?
A: Yes! And we love to. Our goal is to alleviate as much administrative responsibility
from you tasks as possible. This will allow you to focus on lead-generating and
other client needs. We communicate with all parties of the transaction to ensure
a smooth experience.
What are the benefits of using an Independent Transaction Coordinator?
A:
1. We have extensive experience with multiple compliance systems to make sure you get paid ont time and can handle several files at a time with a team of TCs.
2. We are not employees, this way, you are not paying additional fees associated.
I.E. E&O insurance, association dues, worker’s comp, 401K contribution, etc.
3. As we know, each agent works in their own particular way and have individual preferences. We can customize our services to fit your needs and goals.
